Traditional Tibetan Rope Incense is an ancient Ayurvedic incense used in spiritual ceremonies and as a meditation aid. The calming effect soothes the nervous system. This traditionally made Tibetan incense is rolled by hand.  Powdered medicinal herb blends are rolled up in rice paper to create these lovely ropes.
